The book project with CD was created between 2002 and 2004 as part of the LIFE project (L’Instrument Financer pour l’Enviroment) “Grindenschwarzwald” of the European Union on behalf of the Ruhestein Nature Conservation Center. The nature recordings were made in the nature reserve of the same name. The music pieces were created at the same time and were realized in co-production with the Südwestrundfunk (SWR) in the regional studio in Tübingen.
